Scott Decker serves as Chairman of the Board for LeadingReach. Mr. Decker is the Founder and Managing Principal of BluCascadia Advisors and has over 40 years of healthcare IT operating experience across provider, payer, ambulatory care, home health technology and revenue cycle operations. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Homecare Homebase, MDLIVE and HealthSparq, and held prior CEO and President roles at NextGen Healthcare and HealthVision. Mr. Decker maintains active board and advisory roles across Healthcare & AI focus technology providers. He holds a degree in Computer Science.
