Ross Fine joined EHP as an Associate in 2019 and has played a critical role across investment execution and portfolio management. Throughout his tenure, Ross has been a valued partner to portfolio company management teams, helping drive value creation initiatives and supporting the firm’s broader investment strategy.

Anders Soderberg joined EHP as an Associate in 2021 and has been instrumental in advancing the firm’s sourcing and origination efforts. Anders has helped expand EHP’s investment pipeline by cultivating relationships across the healthcare ecosystem and identifying high-quality opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic focus.
