NextCare Holdings, Inc. to Acquire Immediate Medical Care in Texas
MESA, Ariz. – (April xx, 2018) – NextCare Holdings, Inc. – the nation’s leading privately held provider of urgent care medicine and occupational health services – announces the acquisition of Immediate Medical Care in Texas. The acquisition of these three facilities brings the total number of NextCare-operated clinics in the state to 40.

Hours of operation vary by location. The facilities accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare.
