NextCare Holdings Inc. Continues New Mexico Expansion
ALBUQUERQUE – (June 29, 2016) – NextCare Urgent Care – the nation’s leading privately held provider of urgent care medicine and occupational health services – announces the opening of its fifth clinic in New Mexico, in the Metro-Albuquerque area, in July.
“We are excited about our partnership with ABQ Health Partners and our expansion in New Mexico,” said John Julian, CEO of NextCare Holdings. “We look forward to serving the South Valley at this newly renovated facility and offering patients our high-quality urgent care services.”
The clinic is located at 200 Rio Bravo Blvd. SE in Albuquerque and will begin serving patients July 5. It will be open 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The facility will accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Lovelace, Medicare, Molina, and United HealthCare.
This clinic was formerly owned and operated by ABQ Health Partners, and is part of an acquisition announced in the summer of 2015. Previously, ABQ Health Partners announced NextCare’s acquisition of its Rio Rancho urgent care center (1721 Rio Rancho Blvd. SE) in June 2015.
