NextCare Holdings, Inc. Acquires Twin Fountains Medical Clinics’ Seven Facilities

MESA, Ariz. – (December 30, 2015) – NextCare Holdings, Inc. – the nation’s leading privately held provider of urgent care medicine and occupational health services – announces the acquisition of Twin Fountains Medical Clinics in Texas. The acquisition of these seven facilities brings the total number of NextCare-operated clinics in the state to 39.

A fifth-generation Victorian, Dr. John McNeill founded his first Twin Fountains Medical Clinic in 2008 and will continue to provide medical services at the clinics going forward.  “My background in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, along with my familiarity with this local community, gave me a unique perspective as to the need for a local alternative access to health care,” said McNeill. “My team and I are elated for Twin Fountains to be joining the national NextCare Urgent Care brand and to add our wide array of available services to its highly regarded network of clinics in Texas.”
