Impact Urgent Care to Open New Location in Northwest San Antonio

(San Antonio, TX) – On January 12, 2016, Impact Urgent Care will open its sixth San Antonio location at 11282 Culebra Rd., located just outside Loop 1604, a fast-growing area in Northwest San Antonio.

The new clinic, owned by NextCare Holdings Inc., will see walk-in patients seven days a week, including most holidays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Impact Urgent Care offers patients an online check-in service designed to reduce wait time upon arrival. The clinic also accepts most insurance plans, including Tricare and Medicare.

Impact Urgent Care is one of the few certified urgent care facilities in San Antonio, with a medical staff and necessary equipment to treat minor injuries and illnesses, including broken bones, lacerations, respiratory illnesses, and more. Impact Urgent Care has its own laboratory and X-ray services on site. Additionally, Medical Director Dr. Evan Ratner is one of San Antonio's foremost leaders in concussion care for adults and children, and Impact Urgent Care is one of the only locations in San Antonio to be certified in the IMPACT concussion test system.
