Kimberly Ficocelli serves as a board member at LeadingReach. She is the Co-Founder of MaxHealth, a Florida based risk-bearing primary care group that is part of Humana CenterWell. Kimberly leads KF&Co., a boutique, stage-agnostic healthcare investment and operational advisory firm focused on healthcare and pharma services. Over her career, Kimberly has built, scaled, and successfully exited two large, risk-bearing primary care platforms to both private equity and strategic buyers.

At MaxHealth, Kimberly was the architect behind the company’s consumer-centric operating model and brand. She led the development of MaxHealth’s digital front door—not as a marketing asset, but as a core operating platform—digitizing patient intake, scheduling, and care navigation to reduce friction and improve access. She also designed and operationalized the organization’s Patient Advocate model, deploying internal teams as white-glove healthcare concierges to guide new patients through onboarding, care decisions, and the complexities of Medicare Advantage.

Kimberly currently serves on the boards of Motion MSK and Ibis Healthcare.
