Candance Henderson

Chairman, Alora Behavioral Health

Candance Henderson serves as the Chairman of the Board for Alora Behavioral Health. She served as CEO of Monte Nido & Affiliates, one of the largest multi-site Eating Disorder Companies in the country. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer of American Addiction Centers, a provider of Behavioral Health treatment to adults and adolescents throughout the country. Ms. Henderson held leadership positions at CRC Health Group, first in various Vice President roles, and then as President. She specialized in managing diverse operational divisions, scaling regions for rapid growth and executing high impact M&A transactions. Prior to joining CRC Health Group, she worked at Comprehensive Addictions Programs, where she held various director level and operational positions before the company was acquired by CRC Health Group.

Ms. Henderson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University.
